1 Year Defect Free Warranty

All of our electronic control products, except encapsulated flashers, are warranted to be free from defects for (12Mo) 1 year from the date of purchase. If a control unit or LED module fails within this time we will provide a RMA# to return it to us for a repair or replacement. We cannot make any warranties or accept any responsibility for our products misuse, alteration or mis-application in excess of the selling price.

Return Policy

1. Lights To Go must be advised within 15 days of purchase date that you desire to return material.
2. Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving material.
3. Return material will not be accepted if modified, altered, or showing signs of use.
4. Returns may be subject to restocking charge.
5. Returns of special order items and custom products will not be accepted.
6. YOU MUST OBTAIN OUR PERMISSION AND SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL RETURNS.
7. ALL RETURNED GOODS MUST BE MARKED WITH OUR “RMA NUMBER”.
8. NO CREDIT ALLOWED FOR GOODS RETURNED WITHOUT OUR CONSENT.
