This popular light is also known as the Gym Light. It can be found in Planet Fitness, YouFit and other gyms and training facilities all around the world. Made with our HP200 Series signal, the GL200 comes with a selectable 4-sequence variable timing control to fit your circuit training needs.

Preset to 60 seconds Green for Go / Lift and 30 seconds Red for Rest / Recover.
